Claim Investigation Policy
Dingo respectfully requests the opportunity to investigate all claims within a reasonable timeframe, ideally within 14 days of the incident. To initiate this process, please complete and submit the Claim Investigation Form provided below.
Please note that all claims are managed directly between the vehicle owner’s insurer and the property owner. As such, neither Dingo nor its clients are in a position to determine liability — this responsibility lies solely with the insurance provider.
Dingo’s role in the process is to facilitate the collection of relevant evidence and support the vehicle owner in ensuring that all claims are handled in a fair, honest, and transparent manner. Where necessary, a Dingo representative may be despatched to:
- Capture additional photographs
- Collect supplementary statements
- Take measurements
- Conduct an assessment of claim credibility
We maintain that claims submitted without proper investigation increase the risk of fraudulent activity. Dingo is committed to upholding a robust claims process to protect the integrity of all parties involved and prevent the business from being perceived as a soft target for unjustified credits
